I think what has impressed me the most is the passion and vision that these folks have had in their innovations, even though we are in the worst employment market slump in our lifetime.
As with many things HR related, these meetings I've had have been confidential, so I am unwilling and unable to publicly identify the innovators and their innovations.
Whether this global economy, or more importantly, the regional employment market recovers within 6 months or 2 to 3 years, I am quite confident that the corporate recruiting field will be well equipped with innovative tools to handle what new jobs open in future.
